		<description>I believe effective teamwork also includes building trust among the members and creating an environment in which all team members can freely share thoughts and concerns without fear of retaliation from other members or the &quot;coach.&quot;  This is not easy but when it happens, working with those people is a joyful experience, through good times and bad times.</description>
