Starting UP or Re-Starting Your Business

SOBCon is a business creation summit with a bias toward action. Twice a year, 144 of the best minds in online and offline social business meet in real space and real time to explore and apply strategies to develop and grow their businesses.

This year’s SOBCon Northwest program of mastermind sessions, interviews, and special presentations focuses on mastering Starting UP a Business — the key areas that every bootstrapper, investment-seeking startup and fledgling entrepreneur need to consider and review regularly during the early growth years.

Over two and a half days, this year’s SOBCon NW format offers:

  • Six innovative work models and mastermind work sessions in three parts:
    •  A 30-minute focused presentation by a recognized thought leader
    • A 10-minute presentation of a strategic model drawn from that content
    •  A 40-minute mastermind team session to apply that model immediately to your business
  • Two face-to-face in-depth, journalistic style interviews with successful- business leaders
  • Two interactive, idea generating presentations
  • Two deep focus, qualified Q&A case-study intensives

We’ll be hearing back from what happened at past give back challenges previous and adding new ones. We’ll be building a unique case study with deep analytics that connects our offline event with the Empire Avenue community and the greater online to call people to action in a short-term window of two hours. The resulting data and analysis will be available to all participants.
