Creating and Leveraging Opportunity:
7 Steps of Strategy and Execution
SOBCon is a high-touch business creation community summit, with 144 of the best minds in social business working together exploring and applying strategies and ideas to real business in real time.
This year’s program of work sessions, interviews, and special presentations focuses on mastering the 7 crucial steps of strategy and execution — Vision, Mission, Position, Conditions, Decision, Networks, and Systems — to create and leverage opportunity that is uniquely tuned to your business, its competencies and its goals.

- Six innovative work models and mastermind work sessions in three parts:
- 1. A 30-minute focused presentation by a recognized thought leader
- 2. A 10-minute presentation of a strategic model drawn from that content
- 3. A 40-minute mastermind team session to apply that model immediately to your business
- Four interviews with people who are changing how business works
- Four interactive, idea generating presentations
We invite you to be a participant in this event that has been described as:
